Kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia terus bertambah, pemerintah melaporkan kasus positif virus corona (Covid-19<\/a>) bertambah 5.504 pada Kamis (8\/4\/2021) hingga pukul 12.00 WIB. Dengan penambahan data hari ini, total kasus positif Covid-19 di Indonesia menjadi 1.552.880. Meskipun begitu, masih banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang beraktivitas di luar rumah dan mengabaikan protokol kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virus Covid-19 tidak hanya menyerang paru-paru, tetapi juga otak, ginjal, hati, jantung, kulit, dan pencernaan. Virus Covid-19 bisa berada dimana saja, bisa menempel di benda yang ada di sekitar kita. Tapi jangan panik, ada cara yang dinilai paling efektif selain memakai masker untuk mencegah penularan virus tersebut adalah dengan sering mencuci tangan pakai sabun. Mencuci tangan sesering mungkin dan dengan cara yang tepat (setidaknya selama 40 detik) adalah salah satu langkah paling penting untuk mencegah infeksi COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Di beberapa negara, termasuk Indonesia, pemerintah membuat pendoman dan protokol kesehatan untuk menghadapi COVID-19. Di negara kita, protokol kesehatan ini dikenal dengan sebutan 5M. Sudah tahu apa saja protokol kesehatan 5M untuk membantu pencegahan penularan virus corona? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makna gerakan 5M protokol kesehatan adalah sebagai pelengkap aksi 3M. yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Memakai masker,<\/li>
  2. Mencuci tangan pakai sabun dan air mengalir,<\/li>
  3. Menjaga jarak,<\/li>
  4. Menjauhi kerumunan, serta<\/li>
  5. Membatasi mobilisasi dan interaksi.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Mengapa penting mencuci tangan dengan sabun?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mencuci tangan dengan sabun sangat penting bagi setiap orang untuk melindungi diri dan melakukan tindakan pencegahan penularan virus corona. Menurut Kemkes, mencuci tangan pakai sabun terbukti efektif mencegah penularan virus corona karena tangan yang bersih setelah dicuci pakai sabun dapat mengurangi risiko masuknya virus ke dalam tubuh mengingat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a. Tanpa disadari, orang sering menyentuh mata, hidung, dan mulut sehingga dapat menyebabkan virus masuk ke dalam tubuh<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b. Virus corona dari tangan yang tidak dicuci dapat berpindah ke benda lain atau permukaan yang sering disentuh – seperti pegangan tangga atau eskalator, gagang pintu, permukaan meja, atau mainan- sehingga menimbulkan risiko penyebaran virus kepada orang lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
