Tak seperti tahun sebelumnya, puasa kali ini berlangsung di tengah pandemi\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.detik.com\/tag\/virus-corona\">virus Corona<\/a>\u00a0COVID-19. Mudik Lebaran pun dilarang Jokowi demi menekan penyebaran virus Corona COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Mengutip\u00a0<em>Gulf News<\/em>, dr Faisal Dalfi dari RS Burjeel Abu Dhabi mengatakan pasien Corona dengan gejala ringan masih dianjurkan untuk berpuasa kecuali pasien Corona bergejala berat. &#8220;Pasien-pasien yang memiliki gejala moderat atau parah dirawat dalam isolasi di rumah sakit dan tentunya pasien-pasien ini tidak akan bisa menjalani puasa Ramadhan,&#8221; ujar dr Dalfi.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut 3 tips aman berpuasa bagi seseorang yang mengalami gejala ringan.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"s_vid_1587696132817\"><strong>1. Asupan makanan sehat<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Konsumsi makanan sehat seperti sayuran, buah, dan cukup air putih. Hal ini agar menjaga imunitas tubuh tetap kuat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pasien harus menghindari minuman yang mengandung gas dan bergula,&#8221; kata dr Dalfi.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Tidur cukup<\/h3>\n<p>Pasien Corona bergejala ringan dianjurkan untuk istirahat yang cukup selama berpuasa. &#8220;Saya menyarankan agar pasien COVID-19 dengan gejala ringan dan asymptomatic untuk memastikan supaya tidur setidaknya tujuh jam setiap harinya. Tidur adalah proses restoratif yang terutama penting ketika tubuh melawan virus,&#8221; jelas dr Dalfi.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Berhenti merokok<\/h3>\n<p>Sementara itu, dr Fernanda Bonilla yang menjadi dokter penyakit menular di Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi mengatakan ada bukti yang menunjukkan kalau perokok bisa terkena dampak parah dari\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.detik.com\/tag\/covid_19\">COVID-19<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ramadhan adalah saat ideal untuk menghentikan kebiasaan itu.
